• How much notice do you need for a bulk order?

    All succulents used in our creations are grown by us, and therefore we need at least 2-3 weeks notice to prepare and create your order.

  • Can I choose the succulent plants in my arrangements?

    Due to seasonal availability, you will not be able to choose the specific succulent plants for your order. Please be aware, live plants may have slight variations in colour, texture and size from our online images. We personally grow and hand-plant our gardens to order, and make every effort for you to receive high quality, in-season plants.

  • Do you make custom tags for favours?

    At this time we do not have the capacity to design and print custom tags for orders. We can provide our "succulent care tag" as a part of an add-on wrapping option. You will see this option when you are browsing our favour collection!

  • Do you have a store?

    We do not have a physical store, only a pickup location. We have retail partners across Southern Ontario that carry our products in their stores. Please reach out to us to confirm where you can purchase from!

  • Where do you deliver to?

    We have partnered with PlantRunz to offer secure and safe plant delivery to most of Southern Ontario. Please see our Delivery Page to see if we deliver to a specific address.

  • How do I pay for delivery?

    If you would like delivery please let us know your location in the comment section during checkout! Because delivery is based on location and quantity of order, the delivery fee will be calculated after you place your order. We will contact you to pay the delivery fee after your purchase.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Delivery is based on location and the number of boxes we deliver through PlantRunz. If you are ordering a larger number of plants, your delivery charge will reflect this.

  • Can I pick up?

    You are more than welcome to pick up your order free of charge from our greenhouse in Uxbridge, ON. If you would like to pickup please let us know in the comments during checkout and we will be in contact to organize a date and time.

  • Do you ship/deliver out of province?

    At the moment we do not ship/deliver outside of Southern Ontario.

  • Do you deliver in the colder months?

    Yes. We have partnered with PlantRunz, a specialized plant delivery service that ensures your order is transported with the utmost care.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located in Uxbridge, ON. We do not have a store to come in and shop, but we organize pick-up out of this location.
